“Judy’s” is coming to Penang!
Who is Judy’s?
Judy’s Harmonica Ensemble was formed in the spring of 2002 with five members. It was a triple-crown winner in the 2004 Asia Pacific Harmonica Festival. It was also the champion in the APHF ensemble category for 3 consecutive festivals (2002-2006). In 2013, the ensemble even became the champion trio at the World Harmonica Festival. It also won acclaim for its performance in 4-6 people ensemble.
What is ” The Map Painter”?
As it happens, Judy’s will be coming to Penang to be the judges of a group competition and will also be performing on the same day!
Group competition details:
Date: 24 June 2017 (Saturday)
Time: 1:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Venue: Stage 1, penangpac, Straits Quay, Penang.
Ticket fee (spectators only) : RM 10 (adult), RM 5 (student)
Prize giving ceremony details:
Date: 24 June 2017 (Saturday)
Time: 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Venue: Stage 1, penangpac, Straits Quay, Penang.
Ticket fee (spectators only): RM 10 (adult), RM 5 (student)
Performance details:
Date: 24 June 2017 (Saturday)
Time: 7:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Venue: Stage 1, penangpac, Straits Quay, Penang.
Ticket fee: RM 45 (adult), RM 30 (student)
Please note that competition participants needn’t pay anything except for the evening performance.
