Heng Ee Concert Announcement (April 2017)

SMJK Heng Ee will be organising a concert on the 15th of April 2017. The PCGHS Harmonica Band will attend to watch and learn from the Heng Ee students as they are skilled and experienced.
Date: 15/4/2017
Time: 7:30p.m. – 10:00p.m. (Not including encore)
Note: Please arrive at the gate 30 minutes before the show starts (7.00p.m.)
Ticket fee: RM 15
Venue: Dewan Sri Pinang
Attending this concert is compulsory and attendance will be taken. For those who are able to attend, please hand in the fare (RM 15) to Ng Sue Yee from K3E by this Saturday (18/3/2017). If unable to attend, please provide us with an appropriate reason and a letter as proof. Thank you for your co-operation.

Orientation Day 2017

It was time for our orientation day for PCGHS Harmonica Band. We got to know each other by working together in teams to win a series of games designed by our Form 3 students. We had a great time and felt content with our progress.

Concert (Encanto Musica)

Venue: Stage 2, Penangpac, Straits Quay
On December 20th, 2016, the harmonica band has held a concert titled ‘Encanto Musica’ and 《魅琴》 in Chinese. This concert was a combined concert with schools Chung Ling High School, Chung Ling Butterworth High School, Convent Datuk Keramat High School, Sam Tet High School (Ipoh), Chong Hwa Independent High School (KL), and Yu Hua High School (KL) participating. We polished our pieces thoroughly extremely cautiously, making sure everyone does their part and no slacking off will take place. As a conclusion, the concert was indeed successful and exposed more Penangnites to the beauty of the harmonica. Thanks to this concert, our members have greatly improved as the pressure worked as a motivation to strive for success. We hope to be able to organise another concert similar to this and hope to continue this as a tradition.

2016 全槟口琴比赛

Venue: Komtar Auditoriam A
7月2日（星期六），本校口琴队队员代表槟华女中参加一年一度的全槟口琴比赛。这项比赛的地点是Komtar Auditorium A， 比赛于下午1时正正式开始，队员们为了让比赛可以顺利进行，便于上午11时提前抵达比赛地点试音及做好准备。大约12时，来自各校的参赛者们便抵达比赛地点。观众席也渐渐被填满。比赛进行得相当顺利。6时正，颁奖典礼便开始了。今年队员们的成绩相当的不错。颁奖典礼于下午7时正结束。

恒毅口琴演奏会《琴光璀璨》

4月9日, 恒毅中学举办了一年一度的口琴演奏会。晚上7时半, 演奏会正式开始. 演奏会的开场曲是《魔女宅急便》组曲。 这首歌的优雅及浪漫的节奏揭开了序幕. 本校口琴乐团的会员们都全神贯注地欣赏恒毅口琴乐团的演奏者所呈献的歌曲.其中的歌曲有《青蜂侠主题曲》，《C与D大调卡农》及《五月天组曲》。 最后以《星际大战组曲》结束了这场演奏会。 在大家的喝彩下,结束前恒毅口琴乐团也为大家带来了一首安可曲。晚上9时半，此次演奏会便正式结束。队员们对恒毅口琴队所带来的表演十分感叹，我们也希可以再次的参与恒毅中学的表演。

第一次集会

2月20日(星期六），是本队新生第一次的集会。新生，旧生及教练都准时出席。8时正，副秘书点名后，旧生们便派口琴给新生。过后，教练便教新生们一些口琴的握法和吹口琴的基本吹奏法。新生们都专注地听教练授课。旧生们也帮助教练解释那些新生不明白的东西。旧生也分组教新生。10时正，旧生们交待好一切事务后，新生们就陆陆续续回家去。

新生们都在全神贯注地听教练指导。
